Other News

OPEN HOUSE:  This year's Open House will be Thursday, October 6, from 6pm to 7pm.  The night will begin in the high school gym, with some light refreshments and informational booths.  At 6:30pm, parents can make their way to their student's classrooms for a meet and greet with teachers.

NOTES FROM NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY:  National Honor Society members will be selling Cure SMA t-shirts designed by a CMHS student.  Five dollars from each shirt sold will be donated to SMA research!

HOMECOMING DANCE:  This will be taking place on Friday, October 21st, 6:30 to 10:00.  There is a sheet by the girls' bathroom to write down songs that you would like to have played during the dance.  Please keep them school appropriate.   More information about tickets to follow.

NOTES FROM MS. BERRY -

October 19th-pie auction following the senior game (estimated time 6:30) at the pavilion.

October 20th at the homecoming events…. Pie a junior of your choice for 5 dollars.

UPCOMING FIELD TRIPS: 

Thursday, 10/6/22 – Women Can Do Conference.  Students will be leaving at 6:30am and returning after school is out.

Friday, 10/7/22 – Sisken – 6th and 7th grade, leaving at 8am and returning at approx. 3pm

NOTES FROM MS. SWEATT:

Any student interested in taking Drivers Ed during spring semester:  If you are a NH student, you must be 16 by June 1st and if you are a VT student, you must be 15 by the beginning of class (January 23) AND have obtained your learner's permit.  If you need information on how to do that. please see Mrs. Sweatt.
